Special Note: We have replaced the FORWARD link in the menu bar of your newsletter with an ABOUT ME link. Your new ABOUT ME link can go to a page on your website, a Zillow profile, a Facebook page, etc. You may already have an ABOUT ME link configured in the newsletter. Please test the ABOUT ME link in a CAMPAIGN. If it isn't active, then here's how to add the link . You can also contact us and we'll add the link for you. (Include your Mailchimp account email in your request.)

You may be able to send the newsletter from your CRM or another email service by copying and pasting the HTML. You have two options for copying the HTML:

1. If you make only minor text changes, use our direct-to-HTML form (FF) to get the newsletter now.

2. If you customize the newsletter with your own images and articles, use Mailchimp's visual editor, then download the HTML from Mailchimp. See this video.

ALTERNATIVE FORMATS
The newsletter is designed to be used in any version of Microsoft Word. However, you may prefer Publisher or Pages, or need to use an old verson of Word (2007 .doc format). See below.

Q: There are three boxes of ornaments. In each box there is either a set of big ornaments, small ornaments or big and small ornaments mixed. The boxes are labelled BIG, SMALL, and MIXED but each box is labelled incorrectly. What is the least number of boxes you can open to know which ornaments are in which box?

A: One. If you open one box, and it contains the BIG ornaments, and each of the other two boxes are mislabeled, then the one labeled SMALL must be the MIXED ornaments, and the one labeled MIXED must be the SMALL ornaments.

For your email newsletter: Modify your report in Word. Print or save it as a PDF. Then upload it to your Mailchimp content studio as a file. See this instruction.

For your printed newsletter: The generic PDF version of this report is already linked to your newsletter by QR code. If you wish to customize the report, first make your changes in Word and save or print it to a PDF. If you want to use a QR code, see the instructions below. Otherwise, you can remove the QR code and put your email in instead, asking people to contact you directly for a copy.

To use a QR code, you'll need to create a PDF, then go to a QR code site like QRCodeChimp to create the QR code.
